We will now be offering Bring your baby to our Pilates Reformer Classes. Perfect for New Moms who want to get back into shape and rebuild their core after childbirth. Bring your baby to this wonderful full body workout. Suitable for newborns up to Max 1 year olds. Baby is NOT worn and this is strictly a workout for the mother. Babies can stay in bucket or on a yoga mat. Classes will run on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30am. Limited Reformers available. MUST sign up in advanced. Classes start First week of February. You can reserve up to 8 weeks at a time.
