Take this Frose for instance which will be making a 2-for-1 return to our Wednesday night lineup very soon. Looks a bit good doesn't it
We at Trader Vic's are proud of all of our team, many of whom have played key roles for 5 years+, take Raffiqul for instance who celebrates 30 years with us next month. He's the first man in the kitchen every day keeping us spick-and-span and ensuring all of our deliveries are received and stored in the right place. We think he deserves some love! - THANK YOU Raffiqul for all of your hard work!!
Stand by for Cocktails in the City – Summer Edition! We’re going to be serving up copious amounts of 1944 Mai Tai’s alongside a little libation we've concocted that takes its inspiration from Cuba, following in the footsteps of our Grandfather - Trader Vic – himself. See you in Bedford Square Gardens between the 12 and 13th of July.. Tickets are limited, be quick on the draw… #CITCLDN
That look? It's the look of someone who knows what's going on before everyone else, gets priority booking and 15% off their bill with each visit. That's the look of a Mai Tai Club member
Psssst…. In case it may have slipped a few minds, next Sunday happens to be father's day, but don't worry we've got you covered because we're offering Dad's a little tranquility by handing out free 'Suffering Bastards' (one of our infamous signature cocktails) to all Dad's who visit us on the day. He deserves it right....?!
Friday night means salsa at our place and this week we stopped Rene on the dance floor to ask his top tip for ensuring you're in prime dancing condition (Rene's been dancing his way through service with us since 1999) ... . . . He said a big hearty meal such as the equisite tomahawk steak he was holding is crucial for good stamina- and who would disagree with that face...?
We couldn’t let 100 years of Hilton hospitality pass us by last week without serving up copious amounts of the tikiest Hilton creation ever to have graced the hotel bar scene. The one and only Jungle Bird created by Jeffrey Ong in the Aviery bar of the original KL Hilton back in 1973. . . . Jamaican rum, Campari, fresh lime, pineapple juice, simple syrup.
Did you know that Queen Elizabeth II celebrates two birthday's each year in a Royal tradition dating back to 1748?! Did you also know that ol’ Lizzie dined at the San Fran Trader Vic’s back in ’83? No…? Well, for those who missed it we’ve recreated the exact same menu served on the night including her favourite tipple, a Tanqueray Martini so that you too can spend a regal evening with us here in London. Available Saturday the 8th only. Places going fast!
That's right, there's a legitimate excuse to cheat on your diet today and with no better day to celebrate the rich cheesy history of our infamous cheese we're asking you to send us your suggestions for a limited edition second cheese ball to feature on our future menu. . . . We'll then put your suggestions to a team vote with the winner receiving free cheese for the rest of the year!
Today we’re celebrating 100 years of Hilton hospitality and an almost equally rich history of Hilton-Trader Vic’s partnerships by bringing you a one-off Texan/ Polynesian BBQ menu courtesy of our good friend @texasjoes Join us tonight to find out what Hilton, Trader Vic’s and Texas have in common. Tables are going fast.
BBQ the Japanese way. This week we're celebrating our rich Southeast Asian heritage with a new yakitori addition to accompany our hibachi cho cho staple and to top this we're giving away not one but two FREE Asahi beers with every order!
Mr Menehune, taking advantage of a bank holiday to get ship-faced. We don't endorse this sort of behavior…
