Wakey wakey, time for eggs and bakey bites! Try this low carb recipe for your Sunday brunch! 🥓🥓. . Ingredients: 6 Whole Eggs. 6 Egg Whites. 1 Cup Cottage Cheese. 1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk. 4 Slices Turkey Bacon Strips, crumbled into bits. 1/2 Cup Spinach, finely chopped. 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Peppers, finely chopped. 2 Tbsp Oh My Spice Maui Onion. . Instructions. . Preheat oven to 350 degrees & spray muffin tin. Combine eggs, egg whites, milk and cottage cheese and whisk together. Stir in turkey bacon, spinach, red peppers and Oh My Spice Maui Onion. Pour 1/3 cup of egg mixture into each ramekin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until centers are firm. Let cool, then run a knife around edges of the eggs and slide egg bites out. Enjoy!!. . .

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.⠀ 2. Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, 3tbsp olive oil, & Maui Onion seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal tightly and shake to coat.⠀ 3. Layer onto a baking sheet & place on center oven rack.⠀ 4. Roast for 30 - 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning.⠀ 5. Enjoy!⠀
