Motivation is a fascinating topic because it’s truly different for each person. Often we aren’t completely tapped into the things that are deep motivators for us and that’s why we yo-yo with our habits (ie. 3 months of food prep and going to the gym obsessively, then 9 months of Netflix and chill.
