This week I am answering some FAQโ€™S! I will spread these out over a few posts so thereโ€™s not too much information! Okay letโ€™s start!! First question - โ€œwhat do you eat in a dayโ€. I did recently answer this but i will write another day for the ladies who didnโ€™t see it. Iโ€™m going to change this up from my last post because I donโ€™t always eat the same thing everyday. Letโ€™s call this โ€œDay 2โ€. First meal - 2 pieces of toast with 2 scrambled eggs, chilli kale, mushrooms and half an avocado. Second Meal - Fruit or cut up raw vegetables with dip. Third Meal (lunch) - Green chicken curry with rice and vegetables. Meal 4 - Crackers (I donโ€™t know what you call them overseas - they are called SALADA biscuits here) so crackers with tomato, olives and basil on top (maybe tuna aswell if Iโ€™m hungry). Meal 5 (dinner) -Home made crumbed fish with salad, vegetables in the oven and rice. After dinner I normally just have a herbal tea with a little honey and sometimes in winter Iโ€™ll cut up an orange! ๐Ÿ’• Hope this helps !! www.kaylaitsines.com/app

Vitamin C!! If I can suggest you grow anything at your house, I would say plant an orange tree! In winter when I feel like eating something after dinner, I cut up two oranges and have them instead of eating things like biscuits and chocolates. Home grown ones are soooooo much better than the ones you get from the shops AND on the plus side, any left over orange you don't eat - put it in the fridge and use it in your smoothie or juice the next morning! www.kaylaitsines.com/app @miebepaul

I was asked in an interview question what I see as the next "fitness trend' or the next things that will take off. My response was something along the lines of ...."I am very happy to see a shift in mental health this year. I am glad to see influencers all over the world promoting self love, body confidence and woman empowerment. I don't know if I'm seeing it MORE now because i'm older, but I love that women are no longer afraid of the weights room and I love seeing more and more women in gyms all over the world. I love that more and more women are in power and doing incredible things. "All vegans eat is fruit" -- incorrect. I saw this in action in the BEST way possible when I was in Dubai and they had an ENTIRE curry section for "vegans" which were some of the BEST TASTING CURRIES IVE EVER HAD!. Personally, I am not vegan, but I am certainly an advocate for eating a balanced vegan diet! While I was in Dubai a lot of the foods I had were vegan and they were absolutely amazing. We had things like Hummus (comes from the arabic word meaning chickpeas) with grilled flat bread, red curry with vegetables, spiced rices, salads, breads and MORE! There are many ways of eating, the same as there are many ways of training.... all YOU have to do is find the one that's right for YOU! www.kaylaitsines.com/app @projectsunny
