Good vibes for your Monday! ✨✨ . Inner + outer thighs + lots of bonus 😘 Line your elbow and your hip up at the back edge of your mat, and bring your heels to the front edge, so you’re making a ✔️mark with your body. Train your best posture from the core (of course ☺️) for the whole series. ("There's no slouching in pilates" 😉) . ▫️point up/flex down (the height of the leg is not important - focus on your footwork and your posture) ▫️flex up/point down ▫️point forward/flex back (see if you can keep the upper body super still, and only move your leg) ▫️flex forward/point back ▫️big circles, stopping at the bottom (use your core and your exhale 🌬 to stop the leg) ▫️reverse your circles ▫️hot potatoes 🥔 - 3 heels to the front, 3 toes to the back ▫️ hot potatoes - 3 toes to the front, 3 heels to the back ▫️bring the top leg in front, pulse the bottom leg up (focus on that squeeze at the top of each lift!) ▫️circle the bottom leg, and create some resistance, like your moving through peanut butter . . Extra credit ⭐️💡- place a light weight on your bottom inner thigh for the last two moves . . Focus your mind on your muscles to get the most out of your workout ♥️ Try 8-16 of everything, take a simple cross-legged seat and some deep breaths to release, and then try the other side. . . . . . . . .

🎵🎶 3 classic core moves — that’s what I like 😉🎶🎵. . Lying on your back, curl into a tight little ball, engaging upper abdominals, and pressing your low back down into the mat. ▫️Single leg stretch - hug one knee at a time, while stretching the other leg long ▫️Double leg stretch - both arms and legs reach ▫️Lower lift - hands beneath sacrum, legs lower and lift 😉. Keep your lower back glued to the mat for all three moves. The lower the legs, the more intense.
