to getting on magazine covers in other countries with languages I don’t speak. In our profession these types of things are pretty cool but at the end of the day it’s just a novelty. Being on magazine covers doesn’t make you rich, famous, and it most certainly alone doesn’t make you a quality coach of others. While it’s a neat thing to hang on the wall and fill your Mom’s scrapbook with that’s where it ends. When you guys are looking for a coach, mentor, and professional to help guide you on your health & fitness journey take into account everything that person or team has to offer you “outside of just what they look like shirtless.” In other words make sure they are not all “sizzle” and no “steak.” Work with people who are educated, passionate and most importantly care about your results and you as a person. 5 Minutes or Less Finisher ~ Took our athletes through this to end their session today - Complete 60 Jacks - 50 Mt.Climbers - 40 Skater Hops - 30 Squats - 20 Toe Touches - 10 Burpees - 5 Inchworms in 5 minutes of less. 20/20 x 10 for Time ~ Quick Cardio Finisher for you kids ~ 20 Reps of Box Hop Overs superset with 20 Split Jumps (every step is a rep) that’s 1 cycle. Complete 10 total cycles resting only as needed tracking for time chasing quality reps not just the clock. Last set (10) shown here this little finisher creeps up on you quick aerobically.
