Have you noticed you project your highs and lows on other people? 🤔⠀ ⠀ Projections can be negative or positive. Some of these projections can come from three parts of our self that remove us from our source: the lost self, the false self, the disowned self.⠀ ⠀ All of these are part of you. When finding your whole, your center, you have the opportunity to find the missing pieces of yourself - collect them, reintegrate them, and honor them. Each projection is a gift, and the person who is the subject of the projection is a sacred teacher. Embrace the process!   🔥 🦄

When you’re with (or on) a horse, you are nothing but completely present in the moment (which is the essence of mindfulness). You are emotionally, physically, and energetically connected to this giant, sentient being that is so large and powerful, yet so gentle.
