Try these ball variations to build up your core and upper body strength. 1. Drive your knees towards your navel engaging your lower abs. Extend back to plank and raise you leg. Repeat four times on each side. 2. Pike on the ball. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling, whilst keeping you our legs straight, hold at the top of your range for 1 second. Lower back down to plank. 8 reps. 3. Drive your knee towards your shoulder in an oblique crunch extend behind you and keep the leg off. Repeat four times on each side.
