Hammer Curls workout 💪💢 I start light and work my way up with the weight: My Advanced workout💥: 3 sets of 12 reps (30seconds rest between sets for muscle & strength recuperation). Optional: I add a 4th set after a 10 seconds rest and try to hit failure with as much possible reps. My Regular workout🔥: 4 sets 8 reps (30seconds rest between sets for muscle & strength recuperation). I between the two workouts during each week. Know more about the workout: Hammer curls are a bicep exercise performed by holding dumbbells at your sides and curling while remaining that grip and not supinating it. From the bottom of the rep to the top of the rep, your palms are facing in. Hammer curls are going to work your biceps very similarly to all other curl varieties, with a slight variation in how it hits each of the 3 heads of the muscle. The hammer curl is one of the few exercises that really effectively recruits the brachialis, so if you’re nitpicky about your biceps and you’re going for overall evenness and not just mass and peak, this is the exercise for you. Here's 2 pictures of a N. VENTRATA showing different pitcher formation due to dissimilar care conditions. One is grown outside and the other is indoors facing a low lighted northern window. Point is, these very common hybrids are tremendously hardy, they can tolerate & adapt to a wide range of care conditions.

Right in the middle of nowhere, approximately 3 kilometres away from any civilization or source of supplies. A man was building this wooden raft out of nothing but the beach wrack & his bare hands. I'm amazed 😍!

Lots of pictures of my last hike are still burried in my phone... Let's bring some to the light 💞 Here's a beautiful picture I took of a man fishing from a cliff when I went hiking in Bizerte 'Cap Farina'

I have never seen a grasshopper this big in my entire life. It measured at least 10 centimetres😲 I freaked out when it flew... It was so big I though it was a bird Hahaha! Now that's a delicious meal my carnivorous plants would enjoy for a decade 🌿

Are you starting to feel like sticking to your workout routine isn’t worth it anymore? Maybe you’re disappointed because it seems like you aren’t getting the results you want as fast as you’d like. Or perhaps you’re tired of fighting with your day in and day out. I’m here to tell you that everyone feels this way from time to time. It’s natural to have doubts and fears – and to even think about quitting. However, the way you deal with this feeling makes all the difference, and it’s what separates those who achieve their goals from those who never quite make it. Are you going to recognize the feeling for what it is – a temporary blip – and push through it, or are you going to give in and give up? Before you give up, consider the fact that you may just need a little motivation and inspiration. Getting a little reinforcement for all the reasons you work out and live a healthy lifestyle in the first place may be all you need to keep pushing. Reading quotes can be an easy way to get an inoculation against the fitness blahs – and usually it takes just one sentence to give you the boost you need. Check out some of my favorites below. These help help keep me inspired to push harder and reach my goals. Mammillaria elongata ‘Copper King’ 🌵 The cultivar 'Copper King' has stems that are densely covered with bright copper spines. Star-shaped light yellow flowers in rings appear in late winter.

At about 900m above sea level, while I was taking a hike in a coastal mountain, I came across with these beautiful succulent plants 🌵 growing peacefully under the shade of trees & rocks. I present to you the natural habitat of "Petrosedum sediforme (ex Sedum)". Swipe..Swipe!

You might have never heard of this specie of orchids. I present to you today a terrestrial orchid known as the 'Mirror Orchid' (Ophrys speculum). The mirror orchid, is a species of Ophrys  that is pollinated exclusively by a single species of scoliid wasp. The remarkable blue petal is what gave this orchid its naming. Just like mimicry succulents try to mimic the of a rock to avoid being eaten, this orchids uses that trick to reproduce... The blue spot mimics the bluish surface of the folded wings of a resting female wasp🐝, the fringe of hair mimics the hairs of the abdomen of the bug, and the thin upper petals mimic its antennae. Attracted by this lure, the males adopt a mating behavior which leads them directly to the flower of this beautiful unique PLANT.
