"You okay? You look a little tired." I slept 9 hours last night... "Than why do you look tired?" Probably because I am over analyzeing the existence of life, ache in odd places, can hardly get on the floor to stretch let alone actually stretch. I'm uncomfortable putting anything in my stomach, I kinda just want to lay down and read, feel bloated everywhere, and have zero drive to do anything today... "Okkkaaayyy, and why do you feel like this...?" My theory is, I probably p*ssed off whatever diety that creates life, so they reincarnated me with the sole purpose of punishment in mind. "Ummm, I'm gonna go over here now..." Yep, hit Bipolar Depressive bottom. This will probably last another couple days. I can honestly say, I would rather be on a permanent mania swing than ever hit bottom. Having the energy of 10 cups of coffee everyday is extremely useful, compared to feeling as if I went a week+ without sleep. Which is actually pretty accurate since on a high I only sleep 1-3 hours at night. I can honestly say, I have had these ups and downs literally my whole life. Yet everytime I go down, I realize each time I forget the full feeling of what I experience. Just an FYI, in general I am completely fine. I can now differentiate between right and wrong emotional responses and have people around that help me through both ups and downs. 😊 Breakfast!? Raspberry-Peach Cashew Oats ❤🍑 Oats : 1/2 cup Irish Style Oats @woodstockfoods + 1 1/2 cups water + 1tsp Cinnamon + 1tsp Stevia @pyureorganic + Raspberry-Peach Juice from heated fruit Toppings : ❤🍑 105g Frozen Unsweetened Peaches & 140g Frozen Unsweetened Raspberries (Heated on stove with 1tsp Stevia) + 4tsp Unsalted Cashew Butter @woodstockfoods + .5floz Chopped Raw Cashews food
