Day 15 of with @cyogalife ➡️ in - - The full pose (half lotus + leg behind the head LBH + arm balance) is a superb challenging pose for me. I almost want to give up. I only managed to bring my left LBH with half lotus on another leg without the arm balance part of lifting my up (slide 1). No matter how I tried, my lower just too heavy to lift up (slide 2). For my weaker side, I totally can't bring my LBH. I forgot to try the modification by bringing the shin closer to chest instead of folding into half lotus..will give it a try next time. - - You can use a strap around the ankle & opposite shoulder, so hands are free to press down and lift up into arm balance. Make sure wrists come very near to the , to have more leverage to float. - - - r
