If you’re not feeling your lats work, that’s an indication that you’re doing something wrong. Next time you do single arm rows, try bringing the KB/DB to your hip and squeezing your lat. Had a busy day so I had to scratch my original plans and do something quick. Opted out for a 10 min emom. Thrusters weren’t bad but it’s the assault bike ride that will destroy the quads. 10 min EMOM 7 thrusters @ 95 lbs 5 cal assault bike . #wod

Forget thigh gap! I want those strong legs! 😏😎 So happy with the progress I am seeing in my circuit training with @alexia_clark ! 💪🏼💪🏼 I started in January & have no intention of stopping any time soon! 💗🙌🏻☺️ (FYI, both of these photos were taken today...so excited for all the beautiful, warm weather this week! First time wearing shorts this spring 💗☀️🌸 😍) . Once again, the got me excited and motivated to get it done—y’all are so great & encouraging!! 🤗❤️ Lower body day was awesomely hard—made it through C1/2/4 & a bit if C5, but had to stop because my right quad was giving me serious problems today. That’s why I had to skip C3 😕 .
