Todays workout! 🔥⚔️💃🏻 4 exercises in a row. 4 sets. 30-60 sec rest between sets: . . Ball to Wall x12 Ball Smash Over Head x10 Floor to Upside Down Hands to Wall x6 Throw Ball to Wall Sideways x10 each side. ⚔️👊🏻 . . The squats are deep, stay down in that 90 degree angle as you smash the ball, as you walk up and down aim to keep a straight line from your head all the way down to your feet; you will need to work your core much more to keep that. 👌🏻Ise all you power in the throws and always follow through, getting that full rotation. So much fun! 👊🏻⚔️💪🏻 . .

Good Monday to you! Starting off the week with a lot of heavy breathing! Matched my split jerk PR of 185lbs. Triceps and forearms are still sore... I feel I could have gone heavier but catching in the front rack was uncomfortable. Total rep count for the#wod was 1.8km run, 80 pushups and 80 situps.
