😩FEEL THE BURN WITH THESE MODIFIED MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS😩 〰️ 🚨Here’s a twist on a simple variation to a mountain climber that will 10x your results. In this variation we bring in a bosu ball which completely changes the game. Using a bosu allows for a better activation of the core muscles & will give you a burn in seconds. 〰️ ✅To perform exercise, simply position your arms straight with a flat back, stomach muscles tight & from that position pull your knee up to the elbow. The trick is to not let your back collapse. Keep the back as straight as possible. In doing this, the core needs to work hard in stabilising your spine giving it an awesome workout. Aim to try his for 15-30seconds per set for 3-5 sets depending on your experience. If you are doing weights, throw this one in at the end of the workout.
