Superfood for @superfeet ! People always ask us what we eat, how we cook etc. We try to eat a healthy balanced diet and cook as much as possible. This allows us to have better control of what we eat and is also much more economical. This has become one of our favorite breakfast/snack foods-Chia Pudding. 🍎🍓🥑🥦 1/3 cup chia seeds 2 cups almond milk Honey and cinnamon to taste Mix together and shake, let sit 5 minutes and shake again. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Top with your favorite fruit or nuts!! Enjoy. It’s high in fiber and protein and tastes great. Thanks @superfeet for all your support! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ . . . #vanliving

Bake a whole bag of jacket potatoes then you can reheat them throughout the week for lunch ❤🥔 Today's topping is red lentil chilli and cashew cheese sauce.

With the stereo done, we figured we should finish out the cab with some insulation in the headliner. This not only has a thermal benefit but it will significantly quiet down the ride, especially with all the insulation we added to the doors.⁣ ⁣ We usually use plastic trim tools to pop clips out but the ones holding in the headliner were obnoxiously difficult to remove, so we made a quick run to Harbor Freight for actual clip pliers which made the job infinitely easier.⁣ ⁣ With the headliner out, we cut an appropriate sheet of insulation and slid it down in the “forehead” of the van, pushing it down toward the windshield with a 1/4” wooden dowel. We then insulated all the little pockets to each side, and finally cut another big sheet to match the size of the headliner itself.⁣ ⁣ We just sandwiched the insulation between the roof and headliner - no glue needed - and reinstalled the clips (which were incredibly satisfying to pop back in place).⁣ ⁣ Overall one of the easiest upgrades so far! It felt great not to up the headliner or break any clips! 🤣 ( Instagram Profile Photo
