A little bit of SWEAT? 💦 💦 Try this HIIT! Everyone can do this and the levels it all depends on the rest times after each exercise. I did 6 rounds and no rest between exercises! And of course this video is recorded in my last round as you can see that I’m all sweated and red! 😅
#transformationtuesday 💛 .. . The start of my journey I literally followed shitty fad diets (detox teas, cutting out certain foods, just general crap) I did cardio (minimal) and that was it! .. . I then came across YouTube videos and was inspired by the results of others who weight trained but still this was way out of my comfort zone but seeing these people prove that the weights area isn't just for men (why the hell I thought that and yes I thought weights would make me 'manly') urgh I hate that i thought that 5/6 years ago! 🙈😂 so eventually I started incorporating weights into my training nothing extreme just dumbbells and barbels on my matted area at my gym! Slight progress!..💛 .. . When I got more into it and did more research I became braver and did more using the machines etc! one of the main reasons I fully got out of my comfort zone and pushed myself was Jake having someone training with me really encouraged me even though I prefer training on my own it really helped me and built my strength and confidence up 🤗❤ .. . I then came across amazing individuals on social media such as @laurentickner which then opened my eyes to so much more! Knowledgable information from Lauren and science based info was life changing for me as I was learning so much! My knowledge of food improved from going from boring food prep to realising that it doesn't need to be strict and number obsessive! 💪🏼🔥 .. . The main thing I've gained from my journey so far is a better mindset, outlook on life and just generally feeling better within myself and learning lots! Its not just a seasonal hobby so aesthetics it's a lifestyle!! 💛🙌🏼🔥💪🏼 .. . I cannot wait to be back into my training and hopefully in a few months time helping others on their journey inspiring them to achieve what they want! Because YOU'RE capable of anything! ✨✨✨ #mtfitnessuk .. . #transformation #fitnessjourney #grow #mindset #positivequotes #strong #girlswholift #training #lifestyle #gymlife #fitspo #muscle #inspire #health #bodypositive #journey #fitness #ukfitfam #exercise #workout #motivation #fitnessmotivation #pushpullgrind #progress
➡️A solid, belt-less back squat, 3 reps of 160kg with both form and depth well intact. ……............................................................................🔹Not a big believer in using a belt unless your a powerlifter. 🔹 If a belt is the defining factor between you doing a certain weight and you failing it than the weight is too heavy for you and you're running the risk of badly injuring yourself ..................................................................:...🔹As you get stronger in your squat your core strength should be keeping up and if it's not your form is very likely poor and you need to start incorporating a hell of a lot more ab rollouts & planks into your workouts. 🔹Also, your core gets worked to a great degree in your compound lifts like squats & deadlifts so if you're someone who wears a belt no matter what weight is on the bar, your core strength is going to be seriously underdeveloped. Not ideal in general but more so for a regular lifter.
