So many of us feel like we don’t have enough time in a day, especially when it comes to working out. This was me for so long. I was always too tired, life was too crazy, and something was always going on. But life never gets any less busy. In fact, life ALWAYS gets busier as time goes on and at one point I realized my health, my weight, my unhappiness with my body, were also never going to change or improve if I didn’t make the decision to make changes. It wasn’t easy, but nothing worth having in life ever is. . . There are NO shortcuts to health and wellness. Diets don’t work. Pills don’t work. Starving yourself and cutting out food groups don’t work. I’ve tried them all and none of those things were sustainable or healthy. What works (and lasts for the long term) is moving your body every day and eating what fuels your body properly, and making that your lifestyle. Not just for a month or two. But for your entire LIFE. And when you know it needs to be a lifestyle change, the question really becomes, when will you start living your best life? Right now, today, was the answer I chose and I lost NOTHING by making that choice. Instead, I gained EVERYTHING I ever wanted and needed to be my happiest, healthiest, and best self. Everyone deserves that. . . What excuses are holding you back? Are you ready to start taking your health back under your control? Because you already have all the power within you to do so. It’s just a question of when. 💪🏼♥️
