Hasta que semana puedo continuar con el ejercicio???🏋️ está pregunta es recurrente en mis clases, la respuesta es depende mucho de cómo te sientas 🤰!!! si sigues con una rutina de pilates y ejercicios específicos para la pelvis, que le dan movilidad la respuesta es hasta el mismo día del parto!!!🙂...ya que te permite tener mayor flexibilidad en la pelvis que es muy necesario para el parto y beneficioso para evitar molestias lumbares!!!. Si tú rutina es más exigente con pesas 🏋️, se recomienda descansar unas semanas antes, ya que al ser más exigente requiere más gasto energético y en las últimas semanas se necesita descansar y meditar!!!. Clases de pilates Embarazadas en @centrozenpilates y @movifitchile Yo en mi semana 40 + 5 esperando a Sofía 💞 seguimos con los ejercicios 💪 pre-natales ☺️!!! Falta poquito!!!😍🤰. #pilates

And is low impact😊 And in 1 month I’ll be heading to teach Cardio Interval progression on the jumpboard at the Pilates On Tour conference in Boston!!!! 🤩 So YES, pretty much all equipMEnt classes are using this piece in the routine 🔥🦵🏻 #pilates
