Hi guys !! And again about our experiment with intensity and volume at training process! On this video some of athletes @sembinov.rufat and @krystalj1 with whom we are working on this project The first two weeks of training we devoted to increasing the amount of training (the number of lifts) and the tonnage / number of lifts. All our efforts were aimed at adapting the body to such intensity, restoring the body after training and readiness for the next training session. Thanks to the @krystalj1 , thanks to it we managed to maintain the necessary intensity of each workout. At the end of 2 weeks, we tested the athlete in accordance with the method of A. Medvedev, received indicators of progress in anaerobic endurance by 3% and aerobic indices by 13%. However, during the adaptation period, there was a problem of the threat of overtraining. 1) excessive strain on the joints and ligaments; 2) insufficient recovery of muscle fibers during the rest period; 3) depletion of the central nervous system. The solution of problems was achieved through the use of supplements ,, adding more stretching exercises, using body hardening procedures with extremely high and low temperatures. Used supplements: 1) glucosamine sulfate 1500 mg 3 times a day for 750 mg and chondroitin sulfate 1000 mg 2 times 500 mg immediately after meals, for ligaments. 2) 9 grams of citruline on an empty stomach an hour before training, to restore muscle and increase strength endurance. 3) 3.75 grams of GABA with vitamin B6 immediately after exercise, to restore the central nervous system and increase the level of growth hormone. @vasily_polovnikov weightlifting @nike @reebok @adidas @lululemonnyc @underarmour @msk_crossfit @usaweightlifing
