Would you be interested in a simple technique that promotes circulation, boosts your immune system, eliminates toxins and reduces cellulite? I’m talking about dry skin brushing. Your skin is an of elimination and the largest in the human . Toxins are excreted through the skin and dry brushing helps to unclog pores and eliminate toxins that become trapped in the skin. It also removes dry, dead skin cells allowing new cells to form more quickly and give your skin a healthy glow. One of the most important benefits of dry skin brushing is stimulation of the lymphatic system. When the lymphatic system is not working properly, waste and toxins build up in the . Lymphatic congestion leads to inflammation and disease. Dry skin brushing helps stimulate lymph flow and clean the system. The lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump like the heart does for the circulatory system. It depends on movement to pump lymph fluid through the system. Dry skin brushing also stimulates the nervous system to improve muscle tone and reduces cellulite by tightening the outer layers of skin called the epidermis, breaking up toxic material that is trapped in the dimpled skin. Forget the liposuction….grab the dry brush! You should dry brush your skin at least once a day, twice a day if you are trying to regulate a health condition such as cancer. Use long sweeping motions toward your heart. For best results dry brush right before your shower. Follow link in bio for directions on how to dry brush your skin! . . #naturopathy

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya

Namaste Family ♡ I'm away in Mexico, hence the inactivity. But as always, I got yall on my mind, and i pray for you to succeed in everything! My partner and I are staying at the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya, and so far this place has met all our expectations and beyond! Here you can see, as the chiefs tirelessly cater to my special dietary requirements. And the staff has meet absolutely every request we have put in. Constantly asking if everything is good, and if we need anything! This resort is also very ecologically friendly, and during turtle season, which is now, there are rules and regulations protecting the animals. There's even lectures on the topic, which I hope I'll be able to attend tomorrow. The entertainment is great, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful. I will be doing a whole review on my blog, as this resort does cater to special needs, and healthy folk! 🌴 Hola from Playa Del Carmen! 🍍 #naturopathy

What works for you may not work for someone else. . Eat what makes YOU feel good, and don’t worry about others opinions or judgements. Most of the time I choose gluten-free grains because that’s how I personally feel best. And then there’s days like today where I just want a good piece of toast. . I try not to live under strict labels such as “gluten-free” or “paleo” because that often leads to feelings of guilt when you’re human and slip up. Strict diets are often not sustainable so I recommend being conscious of food choices, choosing the healthier alternative when possible and make healthy eating a lifestyle, not a short term goal. . In the end, you’re doing the best you can for you in this moment, and that’s all that matters. 🙌🏼

Wild harvested St. John’s Wort (SJW) tincture. Bottled for a woman in need. Macerated for three months then strained. If you are blue this will prove to be effective in elevating your mood. Does come with drug interactions and should be prescribed by a qualified herb specialist. Many clinical studies have proven SJW to be useful medicine. #naturopathy
