Do you ever - or always - feel super scattered? It’s hard to know what to start on, what to do first, let alone being interrupted 100,000 times! Goals like health & fitness tend to go out the window when the rest of your day seems unmanageable. Thankfully, there’s lots of things you can do to increase your productivity and get in the right mind to get the things done you want to get done! It’s time to take Radical Responsibility for your day and do some things to help it feel less chaotic. Here’s 4 of the top game-changing steps to more productive & less chaos: 1. MORNING ROUTINE When you start your day the same way every day, your brain knows it’s time to get the ball rolling. Here’s what my morning routine looks like, for example: ✅ Alarm set early before kids get up ✅ Gym / Workout ✅ Eat, Coffee, Shower Not a “morning person”? It’s a choice. Because if it don’t I have my entire day to talk myself out of doing it. At 5am, it’s just feet on the ground and go. Morning routines will change with your life situation. For some it’s journaling and coffee, for others it’s listening to your favorite music while you get ready in the morning. Just make it consistent daily. Trust me. 2. Have an awesome playlist. Music can really motivate you. 3. Write down your goals! ✅ Every Month ✅ Every Week ✅ Every Day When a new month is about to begin, brain dump all the things I want to accomplish for that month Beginning of each new week - brain dump all the things I need to / want to do for the week. Then, prioritize—> top priorities go in the beginning of the week 4. Know yourself - what times are you most / least productive? Do NOT schedule yourself back to back - give yourself time between each task for a break of some kind. Remember this is YOUR to-do list. YOUR times. Don’t set yourself up to fail 🙂 If it goes wrong YOU get to change it! 💥You are more powerful than you know!💥 What helps you be productive & focus during the day? ⬇️⬇️ #loveyourlife
