Regrann from @law_of_positivism - my 21 day challenge last year: Day 13 - The most powerful thing you can do for yourself is to educate yourself and question the way you are or have been living due to parental, ancestry and social programming. Once I started diving deeper into my spirituality, at the time I had a lot of health and emotional issues. As I started to detox my life from negativity and fear, I started truly learning more about myself and the food that I was eating. The most profound facts I got and that I took action on to increase my spiritual development was to learn about the pineal gland. This is a gland that kind of looks like an eye and is associated with our third eye. I learned that toxins in food and other products we use daily, calcifies this gland and our mind's eye gets foggy. I started understanding that I needed to do some changes in order to de-calcify this gland and the actions I take and that you can take with you are: 1. Make sure you drink pure and filtered water to decrease the intake of toxins (I use a filtering water container that I filter all of the water I drink, although Swedish tap water is very clean). 2. I ALWAYS use toxic free and fluoride free toothpaste 3. I do not consume any dairy 4. I do not consume and meat The two last points where also due to the energetic and physical imbalance that I felt and experienced due to the fact that I had consumed it for two decades and that my body started developing milk intolerance and I had high cholesterol at the age of 25 (although I had a paleo-like diet with very little or only healthy fats). This does not mean that this is the right way to go for your health or body, but for me it gave so much more benefits than anything else and a vegan lifestyle has really helped my spiritual and emotional healing and growth. As you learn about you chakras, also study the foods that each chakra needs. What can you add or let go of today to detoxify your body and stepping into higher frequency in your life?🌸 #holisticfood
