👋🏻Hey hey👋🏻 A lot of you have been asking me how I find my motivation to go to the gym everyday. I look up to my gym athletes that I watch on YouTube. Take notes, study, make fun routines, etc. But sometimes I lose motivation. Some days I would rather sit on my couch and watch Netflix and each junk food, so I do. I say "I'll do it tomorrow, I'll start tomorrow", most times I will say to myself to get off my lazy butt and go, but sometimes I'll cave. There have been moments where I have zero motivation to go to the gym. I have been having one of those weeks this past week. It's completely normal. You will lose motivation to do something, no matter what it is. You need to dig and find out what your drive is to get back in it. Ask yourself, "why did I start this in the first place?"- "why did I stick to it for so long?"- "is this really for me?"- "what are my goals?"- "how can I push myself". And many more. Just because you lose motivation in something, it doesn't mean you should give up. Rest days are okay, fixing yourself is okay, do not rush anything. If you find your workout routine boring, change it up and make something fun out of it. In the end, there are no excuses. I love the gym, it's my escape, but sometimes so is my couch. Repair, recover, rejuvenate. Have a great Saturday. Xo #gymgirl
