Mindset Block : “All or nothing” mindset 🙇🏼‍♀️ Have you ever skipped workouts just because you couldn’t dedicate a whole hour to a gym class? Or decided you would start eating healthy tomorrow because you’ve already had 2 soft drinks or unhealthy meal? 🤔 This is the ‘all or nothing’ mindset, which is wrecking your attempts at becoming healthier. It use to be me 🙆🏼‍♀️ You might be familiar with the term perfectionism— wanting to make sure everything perfect or else it's a failed attempt. Many people fail at the 'all or nothing' because most they don’t realize that all healthy habits, even if they are small, have a positive impact. Set yourself up to win by starting small & staying consistent. Especially, if you have tried, but failed to maintain the healthy habit you’re trying to build. Start with an action so small that you just can’t not complete it. It may be adding 5 minutes of yoga or meditation every day, drinking 2 extra glasses of water going for a walk, just adding veggies to a couple of meals each week. Doing these small healthy habits consistently will train your brain to believe that you are someone who follows through on your intentions. This will help build the habit muscle, and you will be able to build better and healthier habits over time. #growth

The money question, “how to grow followers like Beyoncé.” Not that we could ever be Beyoncé but in a quick answer, post daily or every other day. Don’t be fooled however, your quality should be placed over quantity. Now a day’s a lot of people judge a company based on their website, how modern it is and how easy to use/ interact with. Chances are if there is a logo at the top left and paragraphs of information in Times New Roman font you’re going to click away. Think modern, hip, fun and quality over quantity. Take the extra day if you need!⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #Growth 3

I’m Not That Smart... . . . “Being pretty and nice isn’t going to make you successful in life T”. . . . NEW BLOG UP NOW - Crushing Your Limiting Beliefs 👏👏👏👏 . . . I remember the exact day in year 10 at high school my teacher said those words to me. Sure I wasn’t to academic at school, I found it a struggle to stay focused and I always doubted my ability so I just didn’t speak up and ask questions or volunteer my answers in case I was wrong. I was an introvert through and through. But this particular day and those words stuck with me for my whole life. . . . She didn’t know the impact that one line would have on my future. I was a vulnerable, shy teenager, and my interpretation of her comment bece “You might be pretty and nice, but you’re not very smart T ”. This bece my belief system. . . . The story we tell ourselves is what shapes our lives. For years I have told myself I not very smart and I still continually have to remind myself that this is not in fact the truth. I had to rewrite my belief system and change my fixed mindset to thinking I not smart enough to be successful.... Click link in my bio to keep reading

So many times we don’t realize when we’re slipping back to our old selves. There’s always small signs that says you’re going backwards, try to recognize them. Remember you’ve come to far to turn back. #growth . Some things should just feel different that’s how you know you’ve grown.
