HOW TO GROW YOUR GLUTES🍑 . Squats are the queen of lower-body exercises. They work every muscle in your legs while strengthening your core, hips, and lower back! . My favourite body part to train is legs and glutes🙌🏼. I train legs twice per week from my BUBBLE BUTT GYM GUIDE. I do 1 leg day of heavy weights and low reps. Then the 2nd day of lower weights & high reps. This gives both strength and shape. . 👉🏼Squatting until you're below parallel, the lower the better ( with light weights)—puts the emphasis on your glutes and hamstrings. 👉🏼The narrower your stance, the more focus you put on your quads. 👉🏼Be sure to maintain proper form: Keep your legs shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed slightly out. MY TOP 5 LEG/BOOTY EXERC Barbell Squat . Exercise 1: Squats. 15 reps x 4 sets. Increase weight by 5kg each time🍑 . Exercise 2: Weighted Walking Lunges. 10 reps each leg x 3 sets. Increase weight by 3kg each time. You can use barbell or dumbbells. . Exercise 3: Barbell Hip Thrusts. Find a bench or step and use a barbell to hip thrust. Don’t go too heavy on these or it may hurt your back or fault your form. 4 sets x 20 reps . Exercise 4: Stiff-Legged Deadlifts. 4 sets x 15 reps. Increase weight each time. Make sure your back is straight (not rounded). Take it slow to feel the stretch! 👊🏼 . Exercise 5: Bulgarian Split Squat. These are great for strengthening each leg individually! 10 reps each leg x 3 sets. Increase weight by 5kg each time. I like to use a barbell for this! 💦 - major quad grower! .
