160lbs vs 166lbs. 2010 vs 2018. Left is when I got my first 5 in 1 weight machine and would do 5-10 minutes workouts. Then I would do 5 20 second sprints and hit the heavy bag for 1 minute LOL. I thought my workout regime was the best too LOL. Now, I go to the gym 4-6 times a week and do cardio about 3-4 times a week. Can’t wait to see what I look like at 160lbs 😤😤 motivation 💪

INGREDIENTES: . 1 scoop de proteína Isopure Duch chocolate by @nutronrd 💪🏼 50 g avena molida 🥣 6 claras de huevo 🥚 1 cucharada de canela molida 🍂 1 cucharada de mantequilla de maní 🥜 . Mezclar la proteína, avena y canela... agregar las claras de huevo y batir con un tenedor hasta unificar todos los ingredientes. . Cocinar en un sartén a fuego lento. .
