En musculation, dans ma vie professionnelle ou durant mes études, j'ai toujours eu comme principe qu'il faut donner la meilleure version de soi même pour atteindre ses objectifs. Jusqu'à présent cela à payer, et ça continuera de payer car tôt ou tard le travail paie. Il y a un temps pour s'amuser et il y a un temps pour progresser. Bien sûr certains diront que t'es dopé si t'es musclé. D'autres diront que t'es radin ou encore que c'est grâce à papa maman si tu as de l'argent. C'est bien souvent le genre de commentaires de personnes qui ne sont pas capables de se sortir les doigts du cul. Peu importe, ce qui compte c'est de rester motiver, d'aimer ce que tu fais et de ne pas perdre de vu les objectifs que tu t'es fixés. Personne ne sera la pour faire les choses à ta place, il y a déjà peu de personnes capables de le faire pour elles-mêmes. • 🔥NEVER GIVE UP🔥 • #fit

💥GOALS💥 - Think about your current goal 🥅. Now read through this post and determine if your goal is SMART or if you need to tweak it 🧐. - Let’s take a look at the two examples. - ❌Example 1: I want to gain weight. Specific - No, wanting to gain weight is far from specific. Measurable - No, there is no measurable result. You can gain 1 or 20, but we won’t know if the goal was completed. Attainable - Yes. Anyone can gain weight. It’s the same as above though, is it 1 pound or 20? Realistic- Yes. Gaining weight is realistic, you just have to eat. Timely - No. Do you want to gain weight in 1 day, 1 week, 1 year? - - ✅Example 2: I want to gain 10 pounds over the next 3 months? Specific - Yes, you want to gain 10 pound in 3 months. Measurable - Yes. You have a starting weight and want to add 10 pounds to that. Attainable - Yes. 3 months is roughly 12 weeks. So it’s a little less than a pound of week which is very attainable. Realistic - Yes, same as above. Timely - 3 months. - - 🔥Example 2 does a much better job of clearly defining a goal. With just wanting to gain weight, you are never setting yourself up for a win. Are you going to be happy with gaining 10 pounds? Maybe, maybe not, because you didn’t clearly say what you wanted. The same person in example 2 would be thrilled to gain the 10 pounds because that is what they were going after from day 1. - Let me know what your goals are and I can help you make them SMART!
