Handstand or Adho Mukha Vrksasana practice in this beautiful weather. I love❤ being upsidedown, most invigorating!😜 To hold in handstand for long periods of time takes daily commitment, which is required ongoing! When practice reduces, balance becomes unstable again. Building strength in arms with exercise is one thing, however balance is far more challenging. Requires immense focus of mind and body in tandem. A skill @missasanajunkie has mastered, she's a thrill to watch!
