Happy Friday friends! Here’s a good workout for ya! I like to start with this circuit followed by a finisher & core circuit. . . Do 3 rounds of each drill ▪️Deadlifts 3x8 heavy ▪️D-Ball cleans 3x6 heavy ▪️Single arm push jerk 3x6each side ▪️KB Swings 3x10 heavy ▪️Plank banded pulls 3x12 each side Have fun💪🏻👊🏻

If you asked my 17yr old self what I thought my future would be, I would’ve never imagined the life I’ve lived. . . I’ve traveled to over 32 countries, lived aboard, met people around the world who have impacted me on levels I never knew I could get to. . . Life is a funny thing, just when I start to think I have it figured out, it throws a curve ball my way. Adding up all my experiences, hardships, failures & successes, I know that it’s preparing me for all the other curve balls to come. . . I feel blessed to have the life I have & for everyone in it. We don’t have to do this ride alone, you just have to find your peeps & be open✨

When you have limited to no equipment, one of the best ways to build strength is time under tension💪🏻 . . Do an eccentric push up hold for 20 seconds then recover for 15seconds. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds👊🏻 . . Believe me you’ll be sore!

Core training is not about as many crunches you can do or full sit ups. It’s about working in all planes of movement & strengthening all parts of the core so it can protect the spine. . . Hollow body is still one of my favorite exercises to give clients to learn how to activate their transverse abdominals.

Sri Lanka

The past two weeks has been emotional, stressful & devastating 😔. Living life in limbo, not having any control of it makes me anxious, stressed out, irritated & is really testing my strength to trust the process. I truly believe everything happens for a reason & it always works out in the end but it’s still scary AF! . . Due to the horrible events that happened in Sri Lanka we have been forced to leave the country & our home. I’m gutted & sadden by this but have this overwhelming sense of support & love from our friends/family we’ve made over the last 2yrs and our company who has gone above & beyond to ensure our safety. . The future is unknown for us, but we will not let these unfortunate events stop us or tear us apart. We are stronger together✨🙌🏻

Sometimes people in this world can be cruel, mean & ugly & most of the time people are kind & beautiful. . . Today was a reminder that we need to stay together, be kind & accepting of all the different walks of life. . . Sri Lanka has had a very tragic thing happen & many lives will be forever changed. I love this country & it has been nothing but amazing to me, my heart goes out to all the people of Sri Lanka.

In the past year or so, I’ve been forced to look internally for sense of growth, success & confidence & believe me it has been hard AF!! . . Living in the US, I always found myself in the rat race, trying to keep up & for a long time I loved it, thrived for it but now I realize that I was doing it all for the wrong reasons. . . I was feeling this false sense of accomplishment because the one person who was getting hurt was myself. I had no idea how much I beat myself up trying to do more w less hours in the day, training so hard to look a certain way to get work, eating so clean I gave up the simple pleasures in life & all for what?! Just to get more money, more jobs, more tangible shit that means nothing. And through the process I continue to put myself down, say hurtful things, thinking I’m not good enough or why this trainer over me, blah, blah. . . I felt like this was the only way to keep myself above average, to challenge myself for more, to do more & boy did I have it wrong hahaha. . . At what point do we stop tearing ourselves down & start building ourselves up?!?! We are all beautiful & worthy of success, I want myself & everyone to find positive motivation & drive from within✨💕
