Girls deserve a president who values them, a president who will fight for them, a president in whom they can see themselves. Let's make it happen.

LGBTQ people deserve to live, work, raise families, and succeed just like anyone else . And they deserve a president who'll fight for that truth.

Don't get me wrong, I love being on the campaign trail. But there's no place like home with Maple.

Anyone who questions whether women can determine this election wasn't paying attention in 2018, and they certainly aren't seeing how fired up women are right now. Thank you for three empowering, inspiring days, @The Wing/@the_wing!

I remember being little, sitting with my grandmother and her friends as we stuffed envelopes to get out the vote for Democratic candidates, and being mesmerized by how powerful those ladies were. I may have been too young to understand what we were doing, but I knew they were taking action to help their community. I wanted to be JUST like them. My grandmother showed me what one person can do to make the world around them better. She broke the mold of what women of her time were expected to do, and taught me that my voice mattered. And when I was a young lawyer, feeling a little lost in a career that didn't satisfy my soul, it was my grandmother who inspired me to change tracks and get involved in politics—first supporting other women candidates, then entering public service myself. She showed me the power women have to make a difference. That's why I'm running.

Paid family leave isn’t just an economic issue or a “women’s issue”—it should be part of the conversation we have around health care in this country. This is about ensuring you don’t have to worry about being able to take care of a new baby, a sick parent or spouse, or your own medical emergencies. That’s why it’s a key part of my Family Bill of Rights plan to guarantee that every family has access to the health care, economic support, and opportunity they deserve. Thank you to the New Hampshire Medical Society for the great discussion at the presidential primary rounds this morning.
