🧛‍♂️3 Minute Monster Sets🧟‍♂️ Grab a set of DB’s (80’s shown here) and gear up for 3 brutal minutes of work. The setup: 1 Minute of each exercise in a continuous flow set. 🔥 400 Partner Rep Session 🔥 Tag 🏷 a buddy who will push you through this 400 rep 4 movement sweat 💦 session. After we had @thedailykelsey of @hiitburn on the Podcast we had to get a quick killer sweat 😓 session in so we jumped into this 4 movement set. 1. 100 Butterfly 🦋 Sit-ups 2. 100 Low Lateral Steps 3. 100 Low Box Burpees 4. 100 DB Floor Presses The goal 🥅 complete all 100 reps before moving onto the next exercise ~ scale the DB’s as needed for Floor Presses but this is an easy home 🏡 or hotel 🏨 gym setup to get you moving. 🤮 2-Minute Max 🥵 Reps 🤢 Nothing here just a 2-Minute Max Reps Finisher to spice 🌶 up any session or add into a nasty circuit. The Move ~ 2 Push-ups into a Bear 🐻 Crawl Hold with Renegade Rows (20lbs DB used) The goal 🥅 complete as many unbroken reps as possible in 2 minutes ~ Scale the DB’s to your ability level or go workout to start. High Volume Bro SuperSet 💪 Grab a barbell or DB’s will work if you don’t have BB access. Pick a moderate load that challenges you for both bicep curls and overhead presses based on the volume prescribed - I went with 95lbs. Here is the high volume setup: Round 1: 10 BB Bicep 💪 Curls 20 BB Overhead Presses Rest as needed ~ next round you subtract 1 rep from the bicep curls and 2 reps form the overhead presses. Round 2: 9 BB Bicep 💪 Curls 18 BB Overhead Presses Repeat this pattern until you hit zero reps of both curls and presses. Just a little challenge to make your next “bro” day a little better. 😓 Swing & Sweat 😓 Simple Setup: Set the clock ⏰ tracking for your quickest time -Remember as always chase quality reps only -resting as needed between sets/reps. 100 Jump Rope Swings 20 KB Swings That’s 1 cycle complete 10 total cycles for 200 KB Swings & 1000 Jump Rope Swings. 🦓Barbell Basics EOMOM🦓 For all you peeps asking for a basic loading day it’s not super but I can assure you it’s highly effective - here you go. This is one of my favorite high volume loading sessions for the lower . EOMOM style = every other minute on the minute. Min. 1 - 10 BB Deadlifts 315lbs Min. 2 - Rest Min. 3 - 10 BB Squats 225lbs Min. 4 - Rest That’s 1 “cycle” 20 reps in 4 minutes the goal is to repeat this pattern for 8 total cycles = 160 reps: 80 Deadlifts/80 Squats in just 32 total minutes of gym time. Now this is very advanced for many of you, not only the loading volume but also the aerobic pace gets your heart ❤️ rate jacked quick. Scale the weight to your ability level and beginners aim for just 4-5 cycles your first time out progressing as you build a volume base. Had a chance to catch up with my pops today to wish him a Happy Father’s Day. My old man still to this day in his 60’s is outworking me on a daily basis. We may only talk a handful of times per year but I truly grateful for every chat. I wouldn’t have the integrity and work ethic people see without his influence over the years.
