⚡️GOT A LITTLE H I I T FOR YOU ⚡️ A great way to structure a workout is alternating between upper and lower movements, while incorporating a push and a pull. This is a simple four-exercise workout you can do with dumbbells or weight. Do each movement for 30 seconds and rest for 30s between. Repeat 4-6 times. (I did it 6 times - just sayin’ 🤪🤷🏼‍♀️) 1. Renegade Row (upper pull) 2. Squats (lower ) 3. Push Ups (upper push) 4. Forward Lunges (lower ) Simple and straightforward. You can do this at home or in a hotel room. I used 15lb dumbbells. Do it, tag me, show me, share it and give me a little 💪🏽 below.

R I P P E D ⚡️⚡️ A R M S Double up on exercises with these simple COMBO movements that target your triceps, biceps and shoulders (rear, medial and front deltoids) 1. Bent Over Fly ❌ Tricep Kick Back. Bend at the waist with a slight bend in the elbows. For the Tricep kickback, bring your arms beside your and then extend (straighten) your arms behind you. This works both rear deltoids and triceps. 2. Half Kneeling Bicep Curl ❌ OH Press. Kneeling gives you a little more stability than standing. Try to slowly return to your starting position (slowing the tempo = more muscle growth). 3. Do a little dance cause it’s not that serious 💃🏼 I suggest doing this at the end of your workout. 10 reps of each combo > 3x. Do it, tag me, share it - and throw a ⚡️ in the comments for fun 🤪

I think we’ve all been there. No one can make you put those things in the rearview mirror, but when I did, I created space to move FORWARD. I’m so thankful for this exciting new chapter. He’s the author of multiple books on diet and training, and the designer of the popular RP Diet App! You may not (or may) want to be as swole as him 😜 but I can assure you his knowledge is applicable to all training protocols.

C O R E 💥 C R U S H E R These three moves will crush your core at the end of your workout. I suggest 3-4 rounds of 20 reps each. It’s important to work at a fast pace with the chops as the sudden change of direction is what really activates your core. I used 10 lb dumbbells. 1. DB Standing Chop. 2. Go surfing. 😜 Movement is free. At the very least you can get outside and just MOVE your . I work through some of my greatest fears and obstacles when I’m exercising. Physicality unlocks mentality. I learned so much about life, love and priorities this past weekend. My grandfather’s last days have likely arrived. My greatest memories of him are from his farm and doing things like milking the cows and riding the tractor with him as a kid. Life came full circle as I helped feed him, shower him with love and make sure he was comfortable. I nestled up to him and told him how much I loved him and thanked him for being the greatest grandpa I could have asked to have. I reminded him of a phone call we had just weeks after I had moved to NYC, where he told me “It’s good to take chances and do new things” and thanked him for his vote of confidence with a decision that would ultimately change the course of my life. I know he heard me because he hugged me back and gave me a kiss, which was a lot for him right now. Drop what you’re doing for the ones you love. What a great man I have for a grandfather and I now have the sweetest memories to take with me from the moments I spent with him this past weekend.

If you’ve ever felt completely crushed after a dream has fallen apart this post is for you. 💔 • Five years ago @nbc flew me out for a meeting in this building. In fact, I stayed at the @sheratonhotels, also in this picture. I was one of four finalists picked to replace @jillianmichaels on @biggestlosernbc. I could feel my whole life changing and could see my future so clearly. I knew this was exactly where my life was supposed to be! THIS. WAS. IT. • It wasn’t. • I didn’t get it and I was completely heartbroken and devastated. I had no idea how I was going to go home and pick my life up where I had left off. But I did. • Today, I drive by this building every day on my way to film my own show - not one where I replace someone else. Life works in crazy amazing ways! I never completely lost hope. I humbly and whole heartedly stayed true to my vision and my dream. I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for that experience. It led me here.

That time I was the only woman to make a semi-pro men’s basketball league in Atlanta. This memory popped up on Facebook today and reminded me of just how many crazy dres I’ve chased down in my life. I remember that try-out. One by one the guys ce up to me and said “Just so know I’m not gonna treat you any differently than I would another dude.”. My response: “perfect”. By the end of the weekend each of those guys shook my hand with respect. The league folded before our first ge, but the experience shaped who I today. I capable of ANYTHING. ’4

Two cakes when I’m bi-coastal! Thank you @jenniford1 for having this cake secretly sent to the set and having the entire crew sing happy birthday to me! And then for making me a 2nd cake in NYC, and singing happy birthday with Z and Chloe! (I let Z have my wish this year). My wishes have all come true it appears! Missing my family!! Thank you everyone for all my birthday wishes today!!

Walked out my door to a bundle of pink roses on my birthday this morning! Filming across the country means spending my birthday away from my friends and family. This gesture from my dearest friend @technicolor_nj absolutely lit up my entire day. I Instantly felt loved and taken care of. Thank you for sending me a little piece of home and whole lotta love NJ! Thank you EVERYONE for all my birthday wishes - I feel so LOVED as I step into an exciting new chapter and year.
